These are some great boots. Period. These knee-highs from Merrell are some of the most durable water-proof women’s boots around. They feature great design and a really nice buckle strap to set the whole thing off. But they are also really functional (as is the case with all Merrell boots). They have a great outer grips that can stand up to anything you throw at them. They use Merrell’s “weather tight” waterproofing technology which will make these your favorite footwear during the wet season. The leather used on these is top notch fine full grain leather. They even have an antimicrobial foot bed to make sure they stay nice and fresh for a long time! We’re looking at a pair of boots that currently has 571 reviews and an overall score of 4.5 stars. Keen Baby Bern Casual boot

Keen makes a very solid boot.  Made in the USA, these boots have extremely high quality materials. First they feature an amazing tumbled full grain leather design. A wedge heel and full-metal zip gives this pair a really nice personality and style that most durable boots don’t have. You could easily wear these as your main pair of boots. While they aren’t for splashing around in the rain (leave that to the Merrells), they are likely one of our favorite styles on the list.

Frye Rogan Engineer studded boot

If we had to pick one single boot manufacturer as our favorite it would have to be Frye. It’s sort of a no brainer. They are so good across the board that it is hard to not think of them as the kings (or queens). They double rubber outsole give this pair a durability that most boots lack. They are fully lines in the inside and are extremely comfortable. Honestly, if you just pick almost any pair of Fryes you are getting a better boot than 90% of them out there.

Teva Foxy leather boot

Teva is well know in the area of sandals and flip flops. But who knew that they could make such an amazing pair of women’s leather boots? The quality in this pair is absolutely bonkers. Made in the USA, this pair features full grain leather with a stylish rear buckle and amazing canvas lining that is reminiscent of their sandal offerings (which is a great thing). Clarks Malia Hawthorn

Clarks are in the same realm of quality as Fryes. Featuring an amazing full grain leather upper, zipper closure, and a design that just oozes fashion. But where these really excel is in the comfort category. They have a great ortholite liner but also a fabric sock liner to make sure your feet aren’t getting achy throughout the day. We LOVE the look of these Clarks!

Frye Melissa Button boot

A second Frye boot made our list. They are just that good. Featuring glazed vintage leather, these taller boots are just what the doctor ordered for someone who wants to have this classic look but wants something that will last a long time. These could easily be used as a riding boot. Keep in mind that this model has a flat sole so it may not be the greatest if you want something with more of a grip.

Steve Madden Troopa 2.0 combat boot

We just had to include a great pair of combat boots on here. These are the quintessential durable boot for a reason. The lace-up closure and classic metal grommets give these boots a more aggressive look. But Steve Madden puts their legendary quality craftsmanship into the design of these.
